In this workshop we will learn:- Tools to alleviate Pre Menstrual Tension, Anxiety, Depression, Irritability & Mood Swings- Yoga Postures to alleviate menstrual discomfort, such as cramps, lower back pain, heaviness, and fatigue- A solid understanding of the physiology & psychology of our hormonal cycles- Foods that support healthy hormonal balance- How to harmonise with 4 phases of the 28-day moon cycle & reconnect our bodies with the rhythm of nature- Practices to consciously be with the increased sensitivity & arising emotional states of menstruation and menopause

ABOUT THE FACILITATORTina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 27 years and teaching Yoga, Embodiment, Somatic Inquiry & Women’s Work around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.
Tina is a long time resident yoga teacher at The Yoga Barn who specialises in Womens Work, Embodiment & Nervous System Regulation Practices & is the founder of HELD : School of Embodied Self Integration & the somatic practices of Embodied Unwinding & Nervous System Rewire.
HELD offers 6x 100hr Teacher Trainings in Somatic Trauma Integration & Trauma Informed Yoga, Nervous System Regulation & Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Embodied Mindfulness & The Embodied Feminine Arts.
