6:30 pm – Arrival & Grounding

Arrive early to soak in the tranquil beauty of the forest. Let the serene atmosphere ground you, preparing your spirit for the transformative evening ahead.

7:00 pm - Opening meditation, breath work, body movement exploring practice

We begin with a journey inward and relaxation, where you will experience a practice of opening the space. In this deep state, you will practice immersion into your body through movement and dance. Experienced guides will accompany you on this journey.

7:20 pm – Ecstatic Dance

Let your body move freely as you dive into the rhythms of ecstatic dance. Allow the music to guide your movements, transcending beyond words and into pure expression.

9:00 pm – Sonic Savasana

Conclude the evening with a serene sound healing session. Let the harmonious vibrations restore balance and peace to your mind, body, and soul.
