This workshop is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on handstands and inversions, emphasizing the "straight" form. Variations will be offered based on different experience levels.

Topics include:

- Getting comfortable with being inverted

- Building strength, mobility, and conditioning

- Understanding and experiencing balance, with guidance on breathing preparation

- Refining various shapes

- Exploring different entries and safe, efficient exits including jumps or presses

- Working towards shapes like one-arm handstands, side bends, and movement within handstands
