Gong Ceremony with Anna Sohana

With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Anna Sohana has committed herself to guiding individuals on their journey towards self-realization and spiritual awakening. As a certified Yoga Teacher, Body Therapist, Musically Trained Sound Healing Practitioner, and Breathwork Facilitator, Anna employs a grounded and embodied approach to her spiritual practices, facilitating deep self-discovery and personal transformation for all.

During the Gong Ceremony, participants will be invited to find a comfortable seated or lying position as they close their eyes and immerse themselves in the reverberations of the gong. The aim is to let go of any distractions or thoughts, allowing oneself to be fully enveloped by the soothing sounds of the gong. Breathing exercises and visualization techniques may be incorporated to further enhance the meditation experience.
