Foraging Dinners are back at Dome, starting with the first edition on Wednesday 14 February.
We’ll be serving a unique take on our Dome à la carte menu, featuring ingredients freshly foraged from Bali’s Tabanan Regency. This dining experience celebrates the wild, fresh, and locally sourced treasures of the island, hand-picked by our team with guidance from ethical forager and nomadic cook, Dewa Ayu Made.
Foraging, a practice dating back to prehistoric times, involves gathering wild foods such as edible plants, fruits, nuts, seeds, and fungi. Ethical foraging ensures balance by taking only what’s needed, allowing plant populations to regenerate.
