Flow State: Water Contact Dance

Dive into the flow with Inner Ocean Collective's Flow State : Water Contact Dance series held every Thursday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at The Yoga Barn's warm water therapy pool.

Led by trained dancers and aquatic bodyworkers, this four-part exploration delves into contact dance techniques, fostering free-form movement and deep connections in the liquid embrace of the pool.

Experience an open-minded and open-hearted practice where participants merge with one another and their own fluid bodies, exploring new dimensions of flow and connection. Each week offers a unique journey, culminating in a sunset jam session for participants to further explore their newfound skills and sample aquatic bodywork.

All levels are welcome, although comfort in water is recommended, and familiarity with Contact Improv on land is beneficial. Our pool features saltwater, so don't forget to bring your swimsuit, water bottle, and any shower essentials. Towels are available for rent at 40k.
