Opening Night of 'Dealing in Distance — Bali Edition' at CushCush Gallery

On January 22, 2026, the Goethe-Institut Indonesia will host the opening night of the mini-festival 'Dealing in Distance' in Bali. This mini-festival follows a touring festival project that began in Hanoi, continued in Ho Chi Minh City, and concludes in Bali.

The festival will last four days, inviting participants to observe, experience, and respond to various concepts related to diaspora and diverse perspectives based on personal experiences of the artists.

The mini-festival will open with a series of programs focusing on themes of memory, identity, home, and coexistence through sound, body, and food.
