Join us on Friday, 20 September for a special Foraging Dinner, featuring a unique twist on our Dome à la carte menu. The dinner highlights ingredients freshly foraged from Bali’s Tabanan Regency.

This exceptional dining experience celebrates the wild, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients found in Bali. The ingredients are hand-picked by our team with the help of ethical forager and nomadic cook, Dewa Ayu Made.

Foraging, a tradition dating back to prehistoric times, involves searching for and gathering wild food, including edible plants, fruits, nuts, seeds, and fungi. Ethical foraging focuses on sustainable practices, taking only what is needed to allow plant populations to regenerate.
