Dome 1st Anniversary

On Friday, 24 January, we mark Dome’s 1st Anniversary with a celebration of sustainable dining, natural wine, and cultural exchange.Bali-based Lazarus Pulp, Isola, and Yellow Sky will join us to showcase a selection of their natural wines, served alongside favourite Dome cocktails and funky ferments, while Spoons founder Rahel Stephanie will present her unique take on authentic Indonesian bites and Chef Diego Recarte’s signature snacks.Our resident DJs will soundtrack the evening, and guests are invited to continue the celebrations with us at Klymax Discotheque for a DJ set from NZ deep house mavericks, Chaos In The CBD.Dome offers casual yet refined dishes crafted from locally sourced flavours, combined with Chef Diego’s modern European approach, inspired by his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across South America, Italy, and Spain.Friday, 24 January 7pm–lateFreeflow 8.30-9.30pmAdvanced bookings for first seating are highly recommended.
