What is the meaning of distance now? In a world where folding becomes more common, human movement from one place to another accelerates, in this information age there is no longer time that separates us to communicate or see a place that is far away. The past, present, and future collide. Distance is something that is tangible as well as mystical, imaginary, in the entity between rationality and mentality, poetic as well as political, between scale - non-scale. In the practice of contemporary art, "Distance" becomes a certainty in the way of seeing the world around and even oneself.
This exhibition presents works by 10 artists, each showcasing artistic explorations, as well as conceptions related; directly or indirectly to the meaning of "distance".
