About the speaker:
Reno Rafly is the CEO and Founder of Catalyst Global Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in global HR, she specializes in talent, change, HR technology, and organizational effectiveness. Reno earned her master's degree in Organizational Behavior from New York University, achieving the highest distinction, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from York College, USA, graduating magna cum laude. She has worked with startups across various industries, developing effective people and organizational strategies.
