The night is meant for deep sleep. The body’s clock says its time for recuperating and regenerating. Its tired from the day of activities and its organs need to detoxify – it wants to lay down and rest.
Too many lay awake at night. Mentally exhausted but the mind goes up a notch, either can’t fall asleep or waking at a certain time and not being able to go back to sleep.
The goal of this workshop is to empower one’s self with practical techniques and information to get you and your loved ones sleeping deep.
