One of Australia’s most iconic dining destinations is heading to Bali. For one night only, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will take over Da Maria, bringing its globally renowned hospitality, modern Italian cuisine, and bold beverage program to one of Seminyak’s most celebrated venues.

On Sunday 13 July, Icebergs Head Chef Alex Prichard and Bar Director Matty Opai will present an evening of refined coastal dining, delivered with the effortless style Icebergs is known for alongside Da Maria’s executive Chef Lorenzo De Petris and Beverage Director Denny Bakiev. From 6:00 PM, guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Grassfed Beef Tartare with Traditional Condiments and Crisp Potato, indulge in tableside Whittaker’s Chocolate, Mascarpone & Vittoria Coffee Tiramisu, and sip on a refreshing Sgroppino crafted with Don Julio Rosado, Rhubi Mistelle, and Lemon Sorbet. The drinks menu will also feature standout cocktails from the beloved Icebergs number series, including the No. 8, a bold mix of Campari, Ciroc Vodka, and Ruby Grapefruit.

Both Icebergs and Da Maria share a distinct design pedigree, with interiors conceived in collaboration with Lazzarini Pickering, the acclaimed Roman architects known for their modern Mediterranean elegance. This shared architectural DNA creates a seamless dialogue between the two venues—melding Italian soul, coastal elegance, and contemporary design.

As dinner effortlessly transitions to dancing, the night will evolve with music by Michelle Owen, Sara Siu, and Dan.B—pillars to Da Maria Sundays, a Bali nightlife institution. 

This exclusive collaboration is a celebration of culinary creativity, culture and music—a rare meeting of two hospitality icons, coming together in the heart of Seminyak.
