Christmas Eve : For a tropical Christmas Eve beneath the stars, head on over to your favourite pool lounge and be surrounded by lush greenery. Bring the whole family to feast on a classic and bountiful Christmas Eve roast dinner with all the trimmings. Choose from roast crispy duck, beef, chicken, pork. lamb, or fish, each served with its own sauce and all the sides, from cauliflower au gratin and baked potatoes, to bread rolls, roast pumpkin, crispy polenta and desserts too.
