Wood-fired purebred Wagyu steak – 21-day kiwi MB9+ Australian wagyu, served with mashed seeds, truffle-scented asparagus and juniper glaze.

White Christmas tiramisu – espresso with spices, fried pineapple, coconut mascarpone and homemade mini pies with stuffing.
