Having worked alongside some of the world's most renowned chefs, Davis has left his mark on prestigious restaurants across the UK and Australia. His journey began in the UK at Michelin-starred establishments like Maze, Pollen St Social, and Sat Bains, before making his mark in Australia as the Executive Chef of Press Club Melbourne and Elektra Dining Room.

Currently, Davis is shaping the culinary direction of the Mandala Group's new private members club in Singapore.
