CEREMONIAL Breathwork with Kim

Join us for a special morning of ceremonial heart-centered and gentle breathwork, movement, and deep connection in the midst of rice fields at Dragonfly Village. This 4 hour immersion is a journey into presence-where breath meets body, and spirit remembers its rhythm. We dedicate this session as a prayer for the New Earth and the Taijii cetacean family, all life and nature. 

SCHEDULE 

930 am for a 10.00 AM start - 1 PM ~ Intro, Sharing Circle & Breathwork Ceremony, into a lovely short pod session of holding in the water.  We begin by gathering in circle, setting intentions, and opening our hearts through the power of breath. A guided breathwork journey will take you deep into your inner landscape - awakening clarity, release, and renewal. Guiding us back home to our hearts together in community. Whale and cetacean chants will be featured and songs shared in the circle as they arise. 

From breath to movement, ti water, we step into flow-allowing the body to express what words cannot. we integrate the energy of this deep prayer and safe grieving,  and connect with the essence of what we are. We close in sacred circle, anchoring the wisdom received. 

An eternal moment  to breath, move, be held, pray sing and return home to yourself
