Bar Vera is thrilled to welcome Chef Lorenzo De Petris for Chef Series Vol. 7. Originally hailing from Piemonte, Italy, Chef Lorenzo has refined his culinary skills at prestigious restaurants such as "Ristorante Duomo" in Italy, and "The Waterside Inn" and "Le Gavroche" in England.

His journey then took him to Sydney, Australia, where he opened the acclaimed Italian wood-fired pizza restaurant "Recco lab". Since 2021, Chef Lorenzo has been the Executive Chef for Mexicola Group in Bali, overseeing Da Maria and Mosto.
