APSEC 2026: Asia-Pacific Software Engineering Conference

APSEC, the Asia-Pacific Software Engineering Conference, takes place on 7–10 December 2026 at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The conference covers research and practical approaches to developing software.

The programme includes research presentations, industry case studies, tool demonstrations, tutorials and workshops. Poster sessions, a doctoral symposium and a student forum are also planned. It is aimed at developers, researchers and students in technical fields.

Early Conference Only registration, including the banquet, costs USD 700 for non-member professionals and USD 550 for non-member students. IEEE members pay USD 600 and USD 450 respectively. An early Full Pass, including tutorials and workshops, costs USD 800 for non-member professionals and USD 650 for non-member students, or USD 700 and USD 550 for IEEE members.

Workshop-only registration for 7 December costs USD 200 for professionals and USD 150 for students. Early conference rates apply until the organiser’s 22 October AoE deadline; conference fees increase afterwards.

The registration form is not open yet. The published fees can help with planning, but a ticket cannot currently be booked through that form. The venue is Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in Kuta, next to Beachwalk shopping centre; the cover image shows the hotel.
