From Tuesday to Thursday, February 20 to 22, join the 5 Elements Qigong training from 09:00 to 13:00 each day. This training provides an opportunity to enhance your energy, develop vitality and harmonize your being through qigong practice.
Qi Gong, an ancient method of self-healing, is a form of moving meditation.
The "5 Elements" system of qigong includes five movements and healing sounds associated with each organ, with the goal of bringing harmony and balance to the internal energy pathways. Over the course of three days, participants will gain knowledge and understanding of this powerful ancient practice. Completion of the training will allow you to perform the entire 5 Elements Qigong system on your own, gaining improved well-being and happiness from the practice. A certificate of completion will be issued and participants can expect an online post-course evaluation. The training is suitable for all levels and no previous experience is required.
