October 10th is “World Mental Health Day”

Mental health is a fundamental requirement of life, but sometimes it can be difficult to find tools to get you there.

Sadhguru says, “the human body is a very complex chemical factory. Managing it from the outside is very difficult. You could manage it from inside, but you must have access to your insides!”

In this current time, a necessary support for our mental health may be found by turning inwards.

Yoga Systems Hatha Yoga school and Zest – Ubud are offering a FREE 1 hour meditative session for Mental Wellbeing, where you will learn a simple but highly effective pranayam and mantra yoga.
