In one of the most complete calisthenics based facilities in the world, Nirvana Strength welcomes four of the best coaches in the industry to take you through a total of 12 – three hour training sessions to not only educate you on what it takes to train at the next level, but also to do it in a smart and effective way that provides maximal benefits. Nirvana Strength, has incorporated in addition to the training, an array of recovery protocols (Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers, Sensory Deprivation tanks, Vitamin/mineral IV dosing, Massage, Cold/Hot baths, Dry Sauna) that will help optimise and maximise your Training Camp experience.

For 9 days and 8 nights, surrounded by highly motivated individuals under the Bali sun, the training camp will bring you a refreshed take on your fitness and wellbeing, with Simon Ata, Devin Kelley, Yuval Ayalon and Daniel Vadnal at the coaching helm. DANIEL VADNAL
Daniel Vadnal is a Calisthenics Expert, Physiotherapist and YouTube Influencer. He is the owner of FitnessFAQs, the industry leader in calisthenics education. With over 800k Subscribers and 80 Million views, numbers don’t lie. Daniel’s scientific calisthenics method is in high demand with workshops being run worldwide. Daniel will guide you through the most important exercises for progressing from beginner to advanced, Create a bodyweight workout program prevent injury by bulletproofing weak areas and most importantly learning a variety of strength skills.

SIMON ATA
Starting gymnastics at an early age, Simon became passionate about mastering control of the body and immersed himself in the world of bodyweight strength training. Expanding his skillset with training in martial arts, circus, and breakdance, his movements and teachings reflect a mixture of knowledge from each of these disciplines. Attaining a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree alongside personal training qualifications furthered his understanding of the body from an academic side and accelerated his training methods and skill. Simonster strives to open the door to bodyweight training for beginners and maximize results for advanced athletes by creating effective and systematic training programs backed by scientific evidence and personal experience.

DEVIN KELLEY
Devin Kelley is a practitioner of movement and mindfulness. Developed from a diversity of disciplines and perspectives, his approach is principle centered, with a heavy focus on critical thinking and adaptable application. Here is a bit of the background that contributed to the formation of his approach. For five years he studied philosophy and religions in university, with a minor focus in psychology.During this period he also worked as an official tutor for the university in standard logic and analytic reasoning.These fields of study helped form the foundation of what he now practice, teach, and the way he engages with that process.

Following his years in University he went deep into the study of yoga in various traditions with a specific focus on the psycho-emotional component of practice, and its capacity to modify self-perception and behavioral traits. After his introduction to the work of Ido Portal and his generalist movement approach, Devin Kelley’s interest expanded to studies in a multitude of mindfulness and movement practice modalities: zazen, vipassana, cognitive therapy, gymnastics, strength training, mobility, hand balance, martial arts, dance and flow work, calisthenics, and an on and on.

Devin Kelley’s mission is for practitioners to leave his events better equipped to create self-driven, individualized, intelligent practice for themselves and others. From the start students will be pushed to think deeply about why and how they are shaping practice, as opposed to being given answers in the form ‘information’ and ‘protocols’ to follow mindlessly.As such Devin Kelley’s events are well suited for sincere practitioners, teachers, and coaches (sincere does not mean fancy or highly skilled) who are ready to learn how to utilize their practice modalities in order to distill, extract, and apply.

YUVAL AYALON
A circus and acrobatics performer, Yuval is an experienced handbalancing artist with 10 years under his belt. Over 3000 shows performed, his balancing prowess captivates audiences across the globe, most notably in the shining and prestigious stage, La Reve in Las Vegas. Yuval initiated his path in competitive Gymnastics in Israel,USA and Denmark earning him the Israeli All-star champion in 1996 among other recognitions, before a starring career on the performing stage .

After 8 years of unique and challenging hand balancing in front of audiences, the artist had then dedicated himself to sharing his knowledge to the audiences themselves.

The newfound passion of teaching has led him across the world seeking and sharing his passion with like minded and new balancers alike.
