This event will discuss some of the mental health challenges faced by remote workers and how to better manage anxiety, burnout, and depression through CBT/Self-care/Boundaries/Etc.

About the speaker:
Alyssa Leight comes from NYC. She is a licensed psychotherapist and coach with over 5 years of experience helping individuals get the life they desire. She’s been trained/certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Mental health and wellness are her passion and have been an integral part of her own development and healing. In 2020, she founded Wellness Anywhere LLC, which provides psychotherapy and coaching for individuals who are trying to feel better and improve their lives. She specializes in mental health (anxiety/depression), women’s issues, self-worth/self-love, addiction, and body image.
