Seafood Grill at The Legian serves up a stellar and fresh “catch of the day” assortment of your choice, served with The Legian’s traditional secret spicy sauces, a far more pleasant experience than you would expect, or, simply, just with a classic squeeze of lemon.

The fresh seafood and vegetables are grilled the traditional way on coconut husks from our organic beachfront coconuts.

Wishing to elevate your seafood game? Then, make sure to pair your dish with a selection of wines that will surely please all palates, exclusively curated by Head Sommelier, Suartika.

La Côte de Boeuf by Chef Dove
The Legian Seminyak, in partnership with Chef Dove, former chef de cuisine of MÉTIS, presents Saturday La Côte de Bœuf. A classic bone-in rib-eye steak, thick and juicy with a depth of flavour that comes from aging and cooking on the bone. Flavours are big and bold but the richness of the meat is balanced by a judicious use of herbs.

Whilst enjoying your steak, indulge, imbibe and delight in the flavour sensation of pairing artisan wines curated by Head Sommelier, Suartika. A great way to elevate the flavours of both your meal and libation.

That said, make sure you come hungry.
