Dissolve - Play

In this event called "DISSOLVE:: PLAY," participants are invited to embark on a journey of conscious movement, drawing inspiration from contact improvisation, intuitive movement, and authentic relating.

It encourages a wholehearted exploration of personal boundaries, with guided exercises aimed at supporting what genuinely feels right for each individual. If you're curious, playful, and eager to delve into deeper connections with yourself and those around you, this is the place to be.

The event schedule is as follows:

11:00 am - 11:40 am: Guided Warm-up – A moment to connect with your body.

11:40 am - 12:50 pm: Free movement jam accompanied by a thoughtfully curated musical journey.

12:50 pm - 1:00 pm: Closing circle.

To ensure an immersive experience, participants are encouraged to keep the dance floor free of phones and chitchat, while the downstairs café remains open for enjoyable conversations.

This event, which has been ongoing since 2015, typically attracts 40-60 regular and visiting movers. Join this mindful movement experience on Saturday, between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, at Paradiso Ubud, located on Jalan Goutama Selatan.

It's an opportunity to connect deeply with your body and with others in a phone-free and immersive setting.
