Navigating the nuances of human connection is challenging for many of us. Most of us have never really been taught tools for conscious connection, so we learn by trial and error….mostly error.

Conscious connection often requires re-education and practice to shift old patterns that we have picked up from the not-so-healthy modeling around us. It also involves looking at the way we protect ourselves to manage vulnerability in relationships & love.

IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL:

LEARN how to more gracefully share all aspects of your lived experience with another so that you can cultivate more connection and trust in a relationship?
PRACTICE tools and skills to communicate with less reactivity and more dignity.
TRANSFORM limiting patterns and beliefs and create more conscious ways of relating (with partners, friends, and even family members, etc)

This workshop will help encourage you towards more empowered self-expression, self-understanding & embodiment.
Come solo or with a partner, and gather insight & learn tools to bring into your daily life. Prioritize connection and celebrate love.

ABOUT BARBI
Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the wonder of the human form, Barbi shares integrative practices to explore a sense of ease, strength, and connectivity in the body-mind.

She has a background in embodiment, somatic inquiry, yoga, environmental study, devotional music, and sacred women’s work. A relationship coach/guide – she shares her passion for helping humans develop better skills in communication & teaches workshops on intimacy and embodiment.

She draws from her training in Imago Therapy, Hakomi Couples Therapy, and Somatic Stress Release.
