Do you love chocolate? So do we! Learn about cacao: how it grows, how it’s harvested and how it goes from a bean to a bar. We’ll show you how to prepare fun recipes using chocolate, including savoury dishes. You’ll even make your own chocolate. What’s not to love?
Made is a Balinese food forest chef who learned how to cook from her mother, so her food is inspired by traditional Indonesian food. Made has been passionate about local plants since she became head chef of New Earth Cooking School. Her vision and mission are to reintroduce local plants to cooking and return to using them as a food source. She believes that we can cook many things that mother earth gives to us.
