As Dr. Sujatha shows you how to make each dish, we will walk you through the cooking process each step of the way. This is truly a hands-on immersion where you get a chance to practice with us in real time and ask your questions as we move along through the recipes and learning topics.
Dr. Sujatha Kekada is the head physician and co-founder of the Amrtasiddhi Ayurvedic Centre in Ubud, Bali. She is a certified Ayurvedic doctor (B.A.M.S), who completed her degree in Karnataka, India. Before coming to Bali in 2004, Dr. Kekada worked as an Ayurvedic Doctor in one of the most respected and successful clinics in Kerala, South India. She has also practiced as Ayurvedic Consultant throughout Europe, Canada and at one of the top Health Retreat Centres in Asia; COMO Shambala Estate. At Amrtasiddhi she mentors Ayurveda students through Internship programs. She is also the executive chef for Dapur Usada, an Indovedic restaurant in Ubud.
