Chef Chris Salans continues his by-monthly Mozaic takeover in the kitchens of The Legian, Seminyak, where his career in Indonesia began. On October 8-9-10th and 22-23-24th, Chris Salans himself and his team will be cooking up new menus every night based on the themes of a Friday night Seafood Dinner, a Saturday night ‘Ad-Hoc’ Surprise Menu and a Sunday Brunch. This is the first event where chef Chris Salans will be cooking since he has come back from France so we hope to see many of you there to celebrate his endeavours at the Bocuse d’Or in France.
