Yin-Yin-Reiki with Savitri Devi
Yin Yoga works at the connective tissues surrounding the joints (ligaments, tendons and fascia), increasing flexibility, releasing deep-seated energies, and preparing the body and mind for relaxation and meditation.
The passive yet sometimes challenging Yin postures consist mainly of floor poses, which are held for 3 to 5 minutes at a time to encourage you to dive inward on a physical, mental and emotional levels.

This hands-on Japanese technique of healing encourages stress reduction, balance and relaxation, and has profound benefits.
Reiki/Universal Life Force is the energy that animates and permeates every living being. When that energy is low, one is more likely to feel stressed or sick. But when one’s energy is flowing well, health, vitality and peace are apparent. When our energy is in total balance, we can experience ourselves and the world around us with more openness and love.

Born and raised in Bali, Savitri is an international multi-disciplinary Yoga & Meditation teacher and Reiki Master Teacher (since 2003). She is an experienced teacher and has taught Yin Yoga since 2010 in Toronto. Her classes are safe and student-centered, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioner.
Other than being a teacher, she is a holistic wellness & spiritual lifestyle coach, pre & postpartum doula, breathwork & ice bath facilitator. Savitri is passionate about inspiring others to make life-affirming choices and empowering them to find their own gateway to wholeness.
