It’s something most of us have dealt with, but few of us discuss: the Art of Integration.
Why am I writing about it?
I’ve personally been “taken out” by ignoring integration when I needed it most.
And here’s the truth: we ALL need to integrate after transformational events, whether you are the student or the facilitator.

The Need for Integration is Real

“I recently took 12 days for myself to integrate the last 15 months since I arrived in Bali. During this year I’m attending and participating in workshops, private sessions & retreats where some serious core wounds have been triggered. Before my integration time, I felt on the outside, in a fogginess, not supported, and disconnected from myself. And I realised that I needed somebody’s support to help me go through my own processing. I share this so you know that I’m real, I’m writing from first-hand experience.”

What is Integration?
Integration is the bridge that brings the two worlds closer, who we were and who we want to be. It means creating space to clear and sort out your inner toolbox of wisdom. We facilitate this space where you can anchor this new you, the updated version of yourself, so that when you return to your real life, you know how to use your inner wisdom in your daily life, and master your life journey with lightness and ease.
