Psychedelic BreathWork Immersion

The most unique BreathWork experience available only at Udara Bali, this signature immersion is based on three aspects of Tantra: Movement, Breath & Stillness.

A fusion of philosophy of the breath to understand how breathing consciously for a longer period of time impacts you on the physical, mental, emotional and mystical level.

Followed by an activation of the spine – the direct extension of our brain, the central channel and a home to the nervous system, residues of past traumas and energetic expansion we all came here to experience.

After dropping fully into our bodies through carefully selected yoga asanas we slide into the Wim Hof breathing technique to empty our mind completely and get into a trance state – a place of no thoughts or feelings, but powerful sensations and pure presence.

This prepares us to slide into a one hour ceremonial BreathWork journey after which we move into a salty warm pool with floating tools to keep our body and every muscle completely and fully relaxed with relaxing underwater music to help us integrate our experience in the most loving and natural way.

This immersion is available only for 15 people and has the bonus of a Spa facilities day pass with access to enjoy the sauna, steam room and a variety of warm & cold pools.
