Kirtan is a practice of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Devotion. Chanting the Sanskrit Names of the divine in a call and response manner, we may just find immediate sweetness where the practice itself becomes the end result. We support this practice with the heart medicine Cacao, finding it to be highly complementary in opening our hearts and voices in devotion.
