Yin & Sound healing
with Lola literally changed my life. I remember clearly the first
session and especially the great feeling of grounding, blessing, and joy
at the same time right after the class.
It’s a great combination of exercise influencing connective tissues, meditation, breathing techniques, and sound healing.
For me is Yin yoga the
most challenging kind of yoga because it’s a deeper spiritual dimension
of yoga where you have to cooperate with your inner world and calm your
mind.
I would definitely recommend these classes to everyone who is looking for something magical beyond physical postures.
